We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Shipping Charges - The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
Delivery Time - Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Undelivered Goods - If you are not in to receive your goods, your order will come back to us and we will update the status by email and phone call to you. An additional carriage charge will be applied to goods which are resend to you else the carriage charges will be deducted from the refund of your undelivered goods.
Faulted/ Defective Goods - If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. You must notify us within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. We will then take necessary action immediately.
Incorrect Order/Product Errors - Though there is rarely any chance of sending an incorrect order, still if a product has been sent in error or a product has been incorrectly sized, please contact us where we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. Where errors occur goods must be returned to us, we will then replace the product with the correct item at our expense. Please notify us within 24 hours after receipt of goods.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Before you return a Dhrohar product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
In spite of these variables, at Dhrohar we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
Return and Exchange for Domestic Shipping (within INDIA)
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but however, if for any reason you wish to exchange or return your goods for a full refund, you may do so by contacting us via email or telephone within 30 days after your goods were delivered. The refund amount will be credited back into your account in the form of cash back voucher.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and correctly packed in their original condition with all the packaging intact (tags, box etc) along with the Customer Returns form after authorization from us. Please notify us for smooth functioning by email or phone call.
When an order is returned, it should include all product/accessory/free gift as it was received. Please take care that you pack products securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
We will let you know if we can get the product picked our self, depending upon your PIN CODE location as return service is available in limited region or you can send the products back to us. Incase we cannot provide you the pickup service; we will reimburse Rs. 100 flat towards shipping cost (in a form of Gift voucher). For all self-shipped returns, we strongly advise you to send the goods by reliable courier service and notify us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Goods that are not in original packaging, that have been washed or used or have been altered in any way will not be returned.
Return and Exchange for International Shipping (outside INDIA)
We ensure sending quality products by various checking stage before sending the goods. But just in case if you receive defective or damaged goods or product not up to the expectation, simply return it for replacement. Our team will send you the replacement at no extra cost. Please send us the goods within 30 days of delivery for replacement.
